What is the wand Length?

Wands measure 12 inches, not including the top poof portion.

What size are the wings?

Baby wings are 12" X 12",  all other wings are as specified.

What is your return policy?

Since all tutus are custom made, we cannot accept returns, nor give refunds. If your tutu came to you, and it's not what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return and send you a correct tutu.

All tutu dresses, personalized items, discounted and sale items are a final sale.

Please be careful when placing your order and double-check what is indicated on all personalized items, tulle color(s) and sizes. All unclaimed boxes that are sent back to us will NOT be refunded - no exceptions.

What payments do you accept?

Paypal, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express. I also accept check or money order. If you pay by check or money order, your purchase will not be mailed off until payment has been recieved.

What kind of tulle do you use?

Keeka Kreations uses the soft, diamond weave, premium nylon tulle.  The tulle we use have passed the lead testing requirement and our tulle have met Conformity pursuant to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. Most companies like to use polyester tulle because it's cheaper but polyester tulle is not safe. Polyester tulle is sometimes treated to make it flame retardant, but the chemical used may be a carcinogen, which can lead to cancer.

Can I have a tutu custom made?

Yes! If you don't see what you have in mind just tell us and your dream tutu is on it’s way to becoming reality.

Can I sell the tutus on Ebay, Etsy, Etc?

No. Please do not sell any of our items on Ebay, Etsy or any other such site. You can buy items off our site, Boutique Stores.  If your little one has outgrown your tutu you might want to consider donating it, or consigning it at a kids consignment store.

How do you ship your items?

All items are ship by USPS, since they are the least expensive way to ship.

How do I care for my tutu?

Your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being packed in a box and mailed to you. To de-wrinkle your tutu simply shake it, fluff it out or wear it. The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfect poofy tutu. As with most handmade products, there is some special care to maintain a tutu. Please spot clean or wash by hand. Line dry. Do not place in the washer or dryer and no dry cleaning.  Steam will also get rid of the wrinkles. You may use the steam from your shower (I hang my tutus on the rod in the bathroom and use the steam while I am showering) or the steam from an iron, be careful not to touch the tulle with an iron.

Finally, finger comb the tutu to fluff.

When can I expect to receive my order?

For details regarding our current shipping time frame, please refer to our shop’s home page. Depending on the time of year, our shipping time frame may vary. Please keep in made that Keeka’s tutus are handmade, made-to-order on a first come-first serve basis. Quality is not sacrificed for time! If you have any concerns or know you need your tutu(s) sooner, please us e-mail us directly BEFORE you order and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request. Please let us know when you need the tutu, remember to allow time for shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

For all standard, non-rush orders you may cancel in 24 hours, you may cancel in 48 hours if your order has not gone into production. If you placed a "rush" order with us Disputing credit card/PayPal charges will not grant you a refund as all our refund/exchange/cancellation terms are clearly outlined here on Keekakreations.com

What are some uses for a tutu?

Dance class is not the only great use for tutus. Tutu can make your little one’s portraits simply elegance. Birthday tutus are all the rage. Dress-up, tea parties, weddings, ballet attendances, or even every day over leggings of jeans look divine. Tutus also look fabulous under a fully skirt with the ends peeking underneath.
